Prosciutto & Mini Cucumber Sandwiches

Ingredients:

15 RedHat Grape Tomatoes
2 RedHat Mini Cucumbers
6 slices of multigrain bread
3 slices of prosciutto
6 tbsp. cream cheese
Fresh chives for garnish

Directions:

1. Spread your favorite cream cheese on 3 bread slices. Lay a thin slice of prosciutto over the cream cheese.

2. Slice RedHat Mini Cucumbers and RedHat Grape Tomatoes thinly. Lay 9 or 10 slices of tomato over the prosciutto.

3. Top Tomatoes with mini cucumber slices.

4. Sprinkle with fresh cut chives and use the remaining 3 slices of bread to top your sandwiches.
