Peter has been growing greenhouse crops for 16 years, and has been focused on Eggplant for the past 7 years. His favourite part of green housing is seeing the results of a seed growing into a productive plant, and harvesting great looking and tasting fruit. He loves being a part of RedHat because he says “everyone has a place” and he knows someone will get his eggplant to the families that love it while he focuses on growing.
Peter looks forward to continuing to grow Eggplant and providing an opportunity for his children while teaching them about hard work and dedication. He hopes to inspire them to “not only do what they love, but love whatever they do.”
