From dairy farms to greenhouses, Ben has worked producing food of one kind or another all of his life. His wife, Ruth, grew up in Manitoba where her family grew field vegetables. Today, they own and operate their own greenhouse in Redcliff, Alberta.
Ben harvests Long English Cucumbers as well as Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers year round. In fact, their greenhouse was one of the first to grow Mini Cucumbers, and they have had incredible success with them over the past 11 years.
