Asian Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
1 pint RedHat Grape Tomatoes
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, cubed
½ teaspoon salt
black pepper
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Directions:
Combine RedHat Grape Tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and basil. Stir in Mozzarella cheese and chill for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
