Butter Lettuce: From Seedling to Shelf

Meet Corneleous. He’s one of our Butter Lettuce growers. In this short video, Corneleous shares our hydroponic process for growing the freshest Butter Lettuce. When the Lettuce is fully grown, we simply wrap the roots and place each head of Lettuce in a specially designed clamshell. This process allows the Lettuce to stay fresh for up to three weeks in your fridge, so you can enjoy fresh, nutritious lettuce whenever you need it.
