Jacob is a second-generation grower who took over his father’s greenhouse two years ago. He grows Long English cucumbers and enjoys picking time when he can witness the results from all of his hard work. Jacob loves being a member of RedHat Co-op because it allows him to focus on growing and he can trust that his product is getting to the customer in the freshest way possible. He is looking forward to continuing to improve his cucumber crop and possibly expand into other crops in the future!
